Kodagu, also known as Coorg, is a rural district in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. In the area’s north, Madikeri Fort has 2 life-size elephant statues at its entrance, plus a Gothic-style church with a museum on its grounds. Nearby, the Hindu Omkareshwara Temple dates back to the 19th century. Farther north are the domed Raja’s Tomb, a burial place of Kodava kings, and cascading Abbi Falls.

Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood.
Bengaluru (also called Bangalore) is the capital of India’s southern Karnataka state. The center of India’s high-tech industry, the city is also known for its parks and nightlife. By Cubbon Park, Vidhana Soudha is a Neo-Dravidian legislative building. Former royal residences include 19th-century Bangalore Palace, modeled after England’s Windsor Castle, and Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, an 18th-century teak structure.

Day 1 : Destination – Bangalore – Mysore (145 Km – 3 H)
Upon arrival our executive will meet you at the airport and drive to Mysore – the palace city of South India. On arrival check into the hotel and proceed for sightseeing of Mysore visiting – the Famous “Palace of Mysore”: Built in 1912 in the indo Saracenic style, this palace exudes a grandeur that is unmatched and then on to The “Jayachanarajendra Art Gallery” housed in the Jaganmohan palace: that has a collection of Exquisite paintings dating back to 1875. Evening visit to the bull temple (a 4.8 mts monolith) on the middle of hill on the way to Chamundi temple and then to visit the “Chamundi Hill Temple” at a height of 1062 mts. The 2000-year-old temple is dedicated to Goddess Chamundi. A seven storey, 40mts high tower, dominates the temple. (Overnight in Mysore)
Day 2: Destination – Mysore – Coorg (140 Km – 3 H)- Coorg / Sightseeing
Check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Coorg. On arrival check into the hotel and after some rest after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of coorg visiting – omkareshwara temple – a temple with four minarets controversial for it’s mausoleum kind of architecture. it gives credence to some views that the kodagu tribes are originally from turkey, talakaveri – famous for it’s temples and spice research station, raja seat – this is a scenic park overlooking the valleys and hills. the erstwhile rulers of kodagu sat here in the evenings. there are many legends attached to this park. this is also famous as sunset point and elephant camp. return back to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. (overnight in coorg)
Day 3: Destination – Coorg – Ooty (275 Km – 7.5 H Approx)
Check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Ooty – the famous hill station in the Nilgiri hills (Blue mountain) which was found by the British in the early 19th century and is spread amongst rolling hills and valleys. Earlier this place was inhabited by tribal people named Todas. Its green landscape, gardens and tall eucalyptus trees adds beauty to this hill. It’s famous for its outdoor activities like trekking, horse riding, boating. On arrival Check into the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. (Overnight in Ooty)
Day 4: Destination – Ooty / Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Ooty visiting the “Botanical Garden” which is one of the major attractions, Doddabeda(Highest peak of Tamilnadu) & the Market at the main town. (Overnight at Ooty)
Day 5: Destination – Departure Transfer
Check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Bangalore airport for onward flight back to home.
